Organisation

five partners and thirty plus professional and support
staff are based in Kettering. In addition to our own capable
staff we have access to other specialist resources, should
they be required. Such an organisation allows us to provide
the broad range of services demanded in today's ever-changing
business and financial environment whether local, national

Philosophy/Objectives
Through
the years the nature of and requirement for our services
has changed as client circumstances, technology and legalisation
have changed. Smith, Hodge & Baxter's basic philosophy
and objective has, however, remained the same - to provide,
responsive, professional and cost effective quality services
